Record

AudioSoft’s AudioPC product records data from all leading telephony/IP switches as well as microphones, radios, video cameras and voice communication switches. The software architecture has been designed in conjunction with the relevant authorities to ensure the legal admissibility of the recordings. Special consideration has been given to resilience and security with various levels of system redundancy, secure algorithms to ensure data integrity, administrative setting of system access rights and audit trails provided to give a record of message access. Recordings can be tagged with operator name, incident numbers, CLI and DDI and user defined fields for rapid search and replay. The recorded data can be stored locally on fault tolerant RAID solutions, archived to removable media and/or stored centrally on network-attached storage (NAS) devices. AudioSoft’s mission-critical heartbeat health monitoring technology, SNMP communication and built-in test facilities allow AudioPC to be left unmanned with alarms delivered automatically to the designated supervisor / maintenance personnel.

Analyze

AudioSoft’s Medirva product includes best-in-class audio analytic tools to allow rapid identification of important business information that may be buried within thousands of hours of recordings. By using our unique algorithm to determine whether automatic or manual techniques will provide the best results, Medirva provides a real benefit to supervisors and analysts. The automated audio analytic capabilities include: speech detection, key word spotting, speaker independent speech to text, speaker ID, language ID, language translation and auto gisting. Manual facilities include graphical analysis, FFT, band pass filters and subtractive filtering. By combining automatic analytic innovation, simplified methods for manual manipulation and comprehensive workflow management, Medirva reduces costs by ensuring that valuable resources are used efficiently with significantly improved operational capability.

Visualize
