AudioSoft Recording and Analysis Assists London Roads Improvement Scheme

AudioSoft has been awarded a contract from WSP Knowledge Solutions, part of the WSP Group, to supply its advanced digital telephone recorder solution AudioPC 2060i to the new Street Faults Contact Center (SFCC) based in Docklands, London.

The new SFCC will employ over 50 operatives and will form an integral part of Transport for London’s ongoing commitment to improve conditions on London’s roads for all users. The SFCC will enable Londoners to report any street faults on the Capital’s roads or footways by dialing a single number.

All calls will be recorded by the AudioPC 2060i recorder which allows rapid search and retrieval of calls based on criteria such as date, time of call, caller telephone ID, agent log in or extension via AudioSoft’s SmartLogger program. Integrating between a Philips Sopho PBX split between two sites the AudioSoft solution allows unattended recording 24/7, 365 days a year with online and DVD RAM archival storage of calls made and received.
