VideoPC–MR – new digital audio/video Meeting Recorder

AudioSoft has developed a new Meeting Recorder product to record verbal transactions in meetings. VideoPC–MR has been developed to produce a high quality synchronized audio & video record of what was said by whom and when, applicable to a wide range of scenarios including meetings, contract signings, courtroom discussions and financial transactions.

Providing a legally admissible record, VideoPC–MR gives objective evidence supporting or refuting claims of negligence, misconduct and misunderstanding as well as being an invaluable tool for performance assessment and training.

VideoPC–MR offers an easy to use touchscreen interface allowing individual sessions to be recorded or replayed within seconds, whilst maintaining highly configurable security levels governing who can record or replay selected sessions.

The synchronized high quality audio and high resolution video is archived to twin DVD drives providing master and working copies which are date stamped for evidential purposes and follow Home Office guidelines for generation and control of legally admissible digital recordings.

The recordings can also be copied for presentation in a standard DVD player or an audio only CD copy can be produced for clients to take away from the recorded session.
