Tiger Pro call recording interface for commercial voice traffic management and billing systems

AudioSoft are pleased to announce the arrival to market of a combined offering of our AudioPC recording system with the 2020 Pro Call Logging system of Tiger Communications Limited. With a strong presence in the commercial and hospitality sectors, Tiger supplies voice traffic management, integration and billing systems to clients such as Chase Manhattan Bank, BAE, Siemens, and Avaya. As with other AudioSoft integration projects in the Command & Control (emergency services), and defense sectors, this compliments our other offerings of converged voice and data recording using specialized software via commercially available off the shelf PC equipment.

The new system allows use of the full search facility of Tiger’s 2020 Pro to retrieve recordings via AudioPC of calls, caller information, and line data within one interface. The system was created using AudioSoft’s Client / Server Active X API integration tools, which through the DCOM platform enables interfaces to be built that control recording and playback, synchronous and asynchronous searches, plus bookmark management.

Additional functions include the (user - assigned) ability to export and convert encrypted AudioPC recordings into .wav format for internal use over a local area network or for outbound communications in the form of email attachments. Crucially to the operation of 2020 Pro, it interfaces with databases so that details such as policy or account number or a variety of up to fifteen text fields can be assigned to recorded calls.
