Voice over IP (VoIP) recording: AudioPC-IPPC sets the standard

AudioSoft VoIP Recording

AudioSoft’s IPPC sets the standard for continuous high quality digital recording of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). IPPC can be configured to record voice data within a single organization, across multiple sites and VLAN’s and is robust enough to be scaled to support thousands of concurrent recordings. IPPC integrates with AudioSoft’s other recording products to offer completely integrated multi media recording and replay systems such as the AudioPC series. IPPC is designed and used to allow easy integration and upgradability paths due to the fully modular nature of it’s software construction.

AudioPC-IPPC

Open architecture

IPPC can be used to record all standards-based VoIP communications over a network. It can record internal or external calls, or a combination of both. IPPC logs all call related information, thereby negating the need for costly and complex caller telephony integration. IPPC is hardware independent and uses state of the art technology to ensure that no additional load is placed upon the IP network. The open industry architecture of IPPC enables rapid integration and deployment within existing networks. Maintenance of system configuration and other parameters is easy with AudioSoft’s 24 phone and internet support. For a further examples of our development work call us on +44 (0)1285 883 800.

Replay and analysis

Sophisticated data base searches ensure that recordings can be quickly and easily located and then replayed over a LAN or WAN or through a web browser interface. Calls may also be streamed over networks with SmartStreaming. Recordings can be replayed either in stereo, with both parties in the conversation, or with just a single party. IPPC supports export of the recorded data to standard industry formats such as MP3 and WAV. (full specification datasheet upon request here)

Pricing

With an innovative pricing structure that charges only according to concurrent recording channels used (rather than phones or lines enabled) you only pay for what you use - no rental or bulk-use charges.

Support

With a graded system of Maintenance and Support Programs including preventative maintenance, automatic software upgrades, 24 x 7 x 365 support, and guaranteed turnaround times, AudioSoft are committed to making your system reliable and future-proof.
