Bahrain recording project completion

AudioSoft are pleased to report the completion of our installation at Bahrain International Airport - www.bahrainairport.com, a subdivision of the Department of Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA).

Comprising a single (non-redundant) recorder system with 5 x 32 modular channel recorder, the system provides a total voice channel capacity of 160. A single replay channel handles recorded files via a 120 Gbyte hard disc drive and single 9.4Gbyte DVD RAM Drive. SmartClock software synchronizes the AudioPC recorders to IRIG B serial data stream, for pinpoint accuracy of files location over time and in relation to associated file information.

Peter Appleton, AudioSoft’s Business Development Manager said: “This is another success for us in the Middle East region, and we were proud to be selected to supply our recording equipment into the new Bahrain control tower facility”.
