Digital Interview Recording
AudioPC-Interview Recording is a state of the art video and audio recorder that provides a legally admissible record of what was said and by whom. AudioPC-Interview Recording can be used to record any meeting or transaction / interview and provides objective evidence supporting or refuting claims of negligence, misconduct and misunderstanding. It also provides a valuable tool for performance assessment and training.
AudioPC-Interview Recording records high quality audio data and high resolution video data to a hard disk and optionally archives the data to a network server or DVD drive(s). All recordings are time and date stamped for evidential purposes and the recording methodology follows Home Office guidelines for generation and control of legally admissible digital recordings. By simply installing AudioPC-Interview Recording in each meeting / interview room and networking them back to a central storage area a complete and secure record of all meetings, interviews and transactions throughout an organization can be easily made. Up to two channels of audio and video can be recorded or alternatively three cameras can be used in a ‘Picture in Picture’ (PIP) format to create a single audio and video file. In this scenario the main camera shows the witness with PIP inserts of the room and optionally a signer / interpreter. Recordings can either be replayed at the recorder or on a separate Windows based PC. Sophisticated database searches ensure recordings are easily and quickly located.
The recorded video and audio data is replayed with ‘lip synchronization’ and can be marked and selectively copied for presentation in any Windows media player.
Security is provided through password access while an audit trail provides a record of user actions. AudioSoft’s fully trained technicians can install bespoke microphones and cameras to meet specific requirements.
